Diabolus in Musica is a merry band of musicians who combine professional performance standards, a commitment to authentic performance practice, supreme versatility, and an evangelical drive to make early music approachable. We use costume, Tudor speech, audience participation, and lots of humour to bring alive the secular music of the 16th century. A Diabolus concert is often placed at the start of an early music series to attract new audiences.
